The Takeaway: New show on NPR. It looks like it’s going to be in addition to Morning Edition - from 6-7 am. That would be a nice change of pace. I get up early enough and am at home long enough to hear a repeat of some of the content on Morning Edition - it goes in two hour cycles. I wonder how it’s going to be different - it sounds a bit like a hybrid between Morning Edition and Leonard Lopate/Brian Lehrer.
